For some reason, I'm having to login in TWICE before Ping.FM will open . . . is this something new. Been happening for about a week now...okay, just realized that at first, Ping.FM is first asking for my username, then password, then my email address and password. Is there a reason for the extended login process, or a way to shorten it?

More than half a year later, Ping.fm has the same issues. Great site. Please sell it to Google or someone who can afford the hardware though.

Is this also why your GoogleTalk bot has been down for a long time? Will it be back up and running when you're finished with the hardware updates?

I kinda figured this was the issue and was just checking daily because for a few days it just would not go to the site. So after doing some searched on Google, Yahoo and MSN, I did not notice anything about you going out of business.

The increased popularity in social networking made realize you were probably upgrading your equipment/hardware to compensate. You all are great and keep up the work!

So, what does your infrastructure look like if you don't mind me asking? I think it would make for an interesting post to show users how complex or simple it is to scale a service like Ping.
