    Technical glitches like this are to be expected. I think I speak for most ping users when I say problems like this are more the exception than the rule. You guys do a great job--thanks for a very cool product/service--

    Duh, I just registered today, tested out some features and then you went down. Now I went to log in and it says "invalid email", so I was like "WTF?" for a few minutes before I reregistered and found this blog entry. You might want to put up a warning notice on the failed logon screen. Cheers!

    Anyways... Sad to hear to hear about the data and URL loss. Thankfully I haven't been posting through pingfm constantly, as of lately thanks to a lack of supporting MacOSX twitter clients. How much of the short URL address space did you have to invalidate?

    I just sign up a new ping.fm account to replace the disappearing one.

    But, there is a problem when I add a Blogger network.
    It doesn't list my blogs, so I can't select a blog.

    You had a update feature which allowed me to refresh listing my networks as i add on. What happened? i added 3 more and do not see them on my dashboard

    What do I do if Firefox doesn't get to my log-in anymore (keeps saying its trying to re-direct to a link thats no longer there). I was a new member. I can get there with Explorer - but I hate explorer and don't want to have to use it for Ping.

    I wrote earlier guys - SORRY. but now my Firefox won't get to my dashboard, and when I try to sign-up again it says my email is currently in-use on an account!! What to do?? I love this service.

    okay i'm stupid . . . won't let me login with my account and pw, says i have to sign up again, but when i try to do that it won't let me because it says an account already exists for my email . . . well duh . . . wtf?

    Guys - There may still be a problem. I've created an account for a client 3 times and when I log out and go to log back in, it tells me that the email is not in the system. I'd love for my client to love you as much as I do, please help.

    Send an e-mail to support a ping d fm with the password and e-mail address you made the account with and we will hook the account back up.

    besides, i use the Custom URL service to keep all my pings safe and sound on my own server ;-)
