Hootsuite looks like a awesome site. I have been really pleased with the Ping.fm service and have been using it to stay in contact with several social networks at the same time.
All this social media stuff can be a lot of work, but not anymore thanks to Ping.fm and now soon to be hootsuite ^_^.
